You pay for a plan — channels, team and knowledge base size — not for every conversation. AI replies use credits from the plan’s monthly allowance.

1Choose a plan

Start is the website chat, Business adds Telegram for a team of up to 5, Pro has every channel including WhatsApp and Instagram. 14 days free on any plan, no card needed.

2Understand credits

1 credit is 1 reply from the base model. Stronger models use 3 or 15 credits per reply. Managers who reply themselves don’t use credits.

3Keep an eye on usage

In AI usage you see the balance and usage by model. The monthly allowance resets on the 1st, purchased packs don’t expire.

Important. When the credits run out, the assistant won’t go silent: it switches to an economy model until you buy a pack.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, companies can pay by invoice with accounting documents. Write to hello@airchat.app.

Is there a discount for paying longer?

Yes, paying for 6 months or a year lowers the monthly price. See the exact amounts on the pricing page.
