License agreement

1. Licensor

Licensor: Individual entrepreneur Mikhail Andreevich Sholokhov (Индивидуальный предприниматель Шолохов Михаил Андреевич).

2. Definitions

Licensee — a natural or legal person granted the right to use the Software under this Agreement.

Software — the AirChat service (SaaS at airchat.app), including the dashboard, website widget, AirChat Inbox app, amoMarket integration/widget, documentation, and related components.

Use — accessing the Software over the internet within the selected plan and account settings.

3. Grant

The Licensor grants a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Software for its intended purpose: business messaging, website widget, messenger channels, AI replies, operator inbox, and amoCRM integration — without sublicensing to third parties, except the Licensee’s staff within the Licensee’s account.

The Agreement starts when use begins and continues while the Licensee uses the Software lawfully. Territory is unrestricted unless law or the plan says otherwise.

4. Account and content

The Licensee must provide accurate registration data, keep credentials secret, and use the Software only for lawful business communications.

The Licensee is responsible for content sent through their projects, for visitor consents on their website, and for WhatsApp, Telegram, Max, and amoCRM rules.

5. Restrictions

Do not use the Software to spam, harass, break the law, abuse messenger APIs, or interfere with the service. Do not copy or decompile the Software or remove copyright notices except as the law expressly allows.

The Licensor may suspend or limit access for breach, security risk, or legal requirement.

6. Intellectual property

The Software is the Licensor’s intellectual property. Exclusive rights, trademarks, and source code are not transferred except the license in this Agreement.

7. Liability and availability

The service is provided “as is”. The Licensor aims for reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change.

The Licensor is not liable for failures of networks, messengers, amoCRM, or other third parties. Liability is limited as permitted by Russian law and, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise, shall not exceed fees actually paid by the Licensee for the calendar month in which the claim arose.
