Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of AirChat (airchat.app) and the AirChat Inbox mobile application provided by TypeCode ("AirChat").

Service

AirChat is a business messaging platform: website chat, messenger channels, AI replies, and an operator inbox. The mobile app is for authenticated operators to view and reply to conversations.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business communications. You are responsible for content sent through your projects and for complying with messenger provider policies (WhatsApp, Telegram, Max, etc.).

Acceptable use

Do not use AirChat to spam, harass, break the law, or abuse connected messaging APIs. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.
