AirChat ("we", "us") provides a business messaging platform and the AirChat Inbox mobile app for operators. This policy explains what data we process when you use airchat.app and the mobile apps.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email, password hash, and organization membership.
• Project and channel configuration (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Max, website widget settings).
• Conversation content and attachments that your team or visitors send through connected channels.
• Technical logs needed to operate the service (IP address, device / app version, error diagnostics).

How we use data

We use this data to provide the inbox, AI assistance, analytics, and support; to secure accounts; and to improve product reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Messages may be delivered through third-party messengers you connect (WhatsApp, Telegram, Max, etc.) under their terms. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, LLM APIs) solely to run AirChat.

Retention & rights

Data is kept while your account is active and as required for legal or security purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing dev@airchat.app.
